Terms & Conditions
• Grooming times are estimates and may vary depending on coat condition and behaviour
• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Heavily matted coats may require shaving and/or incur additional charges
• Any health issues, sensitivities or behavioural concerns must be disclosed prior to grooming
• Flea treatment will be applied if fleas are found (additional charges apply)
• My dog must be collected promptly once notified or at agreed time unless they are part of the daycare
